Product Description

V8 vertical machining center is a vertical five axis linkage machining center machine tool with domestic advanced level developed and produced
by our company with reference to international advanced technology. This machine tool is used for the processing of box parts, shell parts,
disc parts, and special-shaped parts in the mechanical manufacturing industry such as automobiles, molds, and tools. It is especially suitable
for the processing of complex spatial curved surface parts, spatial angle positioning parts, and impellers. After one clamping, it can automatically
complete the multi process processing of milling, boring, drilling, expanding, reaming, and tapping of parts.
2, Significant characteristics of machine tool
1. The structure of the machine tool is a three coordinate unit structure. The machine body is an integral casting. The sliding table moves in
X direction (left and right movement), the ram moves in Y direction (back and forth movement) on the sliding table, the spindle box moves in
Z direction (up and down movement) on the column, and the A and C axis NC turntables are fixed on the worktable and rotate around X and
Z axes. The machine tool is more reasonable in structure through finite element analysis during the design process to ensure the processing
rigidity of the machine tool.
2. The machine tool is equipped with Huazhong 818D CNC system to realize five axis five linkage to meet the processing requirements of spatial
surfaces, and with five axis three linkage (four linkage) system to realize five axis three linkage and four linkage to economically meet the positioning
processing of spatial angles.
3. The double axis rotary worktable is driven with large torque through the transmission mechanism with large reduction ratio, and the closed-loop
control of A and C axes is realized through the servo drive motor to achieve high-precision angle control of the turntable.
